How long does my order take to ship?

It’s just me here so I will ship your order as soon as I can but no guarantees! Usually orders are shipped within 1-3 working days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Recent law changes have made shipping to Europe tricky so for now I don’t ship to all countries.

What is your return policy? 

If you change your mind and no longer want the item I accept returns. The item should be returned to me by post and upon receiving the item in its original condition I will refund the cost (minus any postage costs).

In the unlikey event that your item arrives broken please get in touch because it will be covered by the postal insurance. Costs of the item can be recovered from the postal company and you will receive a refund.
